Marina Staff:

	Marc Phillips - Marina Manager Employed by SkipperBud’s since 1996. Transferred to Halifax Harbor Marina in 1998 as the General Manager. Designated a Certified Marina Manager in 2000 by the International Marina Institute. Retired 26-year U. S. Coast Guard Senior Chief with a B.S. in Business Administration. Contact Marc
	Dan Hoover - Harbormaster Dan joined the SkipperBud’s Halifax Harbor Marina management team in February 2010. He has extensive experience in boat building, hydroplane racing, and as a crew chief for unlimited hydroplanes and offshore powerboats. Dan is responsible for all maintenance of the marina property, docks, buildings and marina vessels. Contact Dan
	Pam Means - Assistant Manager Has been employed by marina management since 1991. Became the Assistant Marina Manager in 2009. Oversees the day to day operations of the marina front desk and staff. Contact Pam
	Jeanne Swann - Senior Watch Captain A marina employee since 1997 and promoted to Senior Watch Captain in 2005. Works in unison with Assistant Manager performing clerical, operational, and administrative tasks.
	Ronald D. Turner - Bookkeeper Marina employee and bookkeeper since 1991. Responsible for customer billing, accounts receivable and payable. A 22-year U. S. Air Force Retired Master Sergeant.
